ApisLogik is a company newly established in the United States that provides intelligent Power Distribution Units (PDU) and integrated solutions for mission-critical IT/CT equipment. It’s backed by a manufacturer with over 20 years expecting specialized in the PDU industry with manufacturing centers in China, Singapore, and the United States (WIP).
Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT to be an essential supporting channel between the Sales team and ApisLogik operational teams, e.g. back offices, local logistics team, order management, and distributors and customers.
◾ Be responsible for ApisLogik and customer and documentation coordination, from pre-order documentation, filling, and tracking of all Sales Orders
◾ Deal with Sales team and sales channels (distributors, resellers, end customers) and the 3rd party warehouse on matters (e.g. order status tracking, PO discrepancy reporting)
◾ Provide administrative support in the day-to-day running of the ApisLogik office in the States.

◾ Be ready to take charge of demanding daily operations and step up to manage the commercial operations of the team in the future

◾ Able to read and converse in mandarin
