ApisLogik is a company newly established in the United States that provides intelligent Power Distribution Units (PDU) and integrated solutions for mission-critical IT/CT equipment. It’s backed by a manufacturer with over 20 years expecting specialized in the PDU industry with manufacturing centers in China, Singapore, and the United States (WIP). 

Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Field Application Engineer to be responsible for supporting technical needs of internal stakeholders to grow business in North America. 

◾ Provide pre-sales support to customers on ApisLogik product portfolio, e.g. PDU, IEC Locking Power Cord, Micro-Data Center
◾ Taking the requirements and constraints of the customer into account, assist customer in the definition of the best implementation (valid, optimized and value propositions) of the ApisLogik’s available solutions
◾ To have capabilities and skills to connect with End Users (Data Center, Crypto, IT Infrastructure) and decision makers
◾ Perform parts selection and qualification for custom development, prototype production, and testing driven by special requirements
◾ Review product order, material code application, product BOM output, process engineering drawings, etc. & create and maintain technical drawings and documents.
◾ Provide technical advice to Quality, Service and R&D team as subject matter expert
◾ Assist in promotional events like Exhibitions/Seminars to promote ApisLogik business and conduct sharing to integrators, end-users and other potential customers and business partners
◾ To keep abreast of product trends and marketing situation, and provide Apislogik proposal to gain competitive advantage against competitors’ products and their strategy

Qualifications
◾ 3+ years of technical support experience in electrical engineering, especially for power distribution and management
◾ Extensive business acumen with strong result-orientation
◾ Ability to communicate with commercial attitude which allows answering to the customer’s needs and to communicate the differentiating elements in a simple and convincing way
◾ Clear thinker and good communication skills be a self-starter and strong closer
◾ Team player and strong customer orientation
◾ Language requirement: English as a working language, mandarin is a plus

◾ Broad technical knowledge in terms of：
◽ AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other design software; 
◽ Electrical on-line drawing and electronic circuit drawing; 
◽ Multi-purpose meter, clamp meter, oscilloscope, and other common instruments and meters;
