ApisLogik is a company newly established in the United States that provides intelligent Power Distribution Units (PDU) and integrated solutions for mission-critical IT/CT equipment. It’s backed by a manufacturer with over 20 years expecting specialized in the PDU industry with manufacturing centers in China, Singapore, and the United States (WIP). 

Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER for the western regions. The regional channel sales manager will own the channel sales strategy, identify and develop channel partners including but not limited to distributors, resellers, and integrators, build up pipelines, and close deals to achieve growth and profitability goals in line with the company vision and values.  

Apislogik has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager in the United States. The Regional Sales Manager will own the establishment of Apislogik sales strategy including channel, segmentation, pricing, etc. The sales manager will identify, develop relationships, and work with channel partners and end-users to achieve growth and profitability goals in line with the company's vision and values. Core goals will include channel partner development, key account coverage, funnel building, deal qualification, and revenue attainment. 


Responsibilities
◾ Create awareness of ApisLogik’s capabilities and offering
◾ Identify and develop channel partners in designated regions
◾ Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, and assist potential customers during their evaluation process
◾ Create proposals and new customer accounts
◾ Close sales
◾ Maintain accurate records of customers, pipeline, and all prices within the CRM system, and submit accurate and timely activity reports
◾ Provide accurate feedback to management on wins/losses and trends
◾ Coordinate and lead activities with the operation team to maximize our ability to close on new business opportunities
◾ Work with the marketing team to determine and participate in industrial or promotional events (trade shows, conferences)
◾ Market research, target market database development, and market surveys


Qualifications
◾ 5 + years of proven track record of sales experience in channel sales
◾ Working knowledge of the Data Center Industry
◾ Understanding of data center power distribution system ecosystem and offerings
◾ Proficient usage of Microsoft Office/Exchange, and CRM systems
◾ Experience working with and cultivating channel partners that sell data center infrastructure products and solutions
◾ Experience selling data center infrastructure products
◾ Strong communication skills are required in written, verbal, and visual media
◾ Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
◾ Ability to learn and adapt to a rapidly changing market
◾ Proven leadership and ability to achieve sales goals
◾ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize leads through multiple channels
◾ Excellent problem-solving abilities and capable of resolving contract and product issues
◾ Team player with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
◾ A high degree of independent judgment


Location: San Jose, CA (Remote an option)
Schedule: Full-time
